HOW I CAN HELP

I’m a clinical psychologist and relationship expert with 20 years of experience helping my clients learn new skills, heal old wounds, and grow into happier, healthier people. My passion as a therapist is helping my clients build better relationships — with their loved ones and with themselves. I strive to create a safe and caring space for each of my clients, to get to know them as individuals and to provide the warmth, respect, and guidance needed to help them break free from the old patterns that are keeping them stuck.

I love connecting one-on-one with my clients in individual therapy and helping them achieve their goals for personal growth and healing. To help them reach their goals, I use Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), two incredibly effective models that help clients work on their relationships with themselves and their relationships with others. For clients who feel especially stuck and might benefit from a fresh perspective and an assist to their healing process, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a fascinating model that integrates psychedelic treatment with traditional psychotherapy. I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — the most effective form of couples counseling — to get help people in relationships recover from old hurts and get to a better place. IN-PERSON & ONLINE OPTIONS

I offer both in-person and video sessions to my clients. Some of my clients find that they really prefer the safety and warmth of in-person sessions, while others find the flexibility and convenience of video sessions to be a game-changer in their busy lives. Numerous studies have shown “telehealth” to be equally effective as in-person therapy. Based on my real-world experience with clients, I've found that the studies are right — my clients and I have consistently been able to connect and do meaningful work together online. Whether you come to my office or meet with me on Zoom, know that I will make the same effort to know and connect with you, and to build the warm and safe relationship that's the foundation of all good therapy.
